I will offer only TWO last minute cancelations and/or no shows before you will be required to pay for all future missed appointments. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, I know things happen but after the 2nd time, every no- show, short notice reschedule, or reservations that are canceled within 72 hours prior to each future appointment will be considered "short notice". you will receive an automated text with the pay link to cover for the missed reservation. It is in "Good Faith" that this fee is settied before another appointment is made.
Any future appointments, reoccurring or otherwise may be canceled or subject to the 'Good Faith Fee", where we keep those standing appointments but if missed or canceled short notice, then you agree to pay the no show/cancelation fee which pertains to the total cost of the groom PER DOG (now excluding TAX but INCLUDING any requested paid add-on services such as dye).
If the Good Faith Fee is not settled within a reasonable amount of time, ALL future appointments will be canceled within 14 days. After which you will no longer be eligible for future services.
**Repeat occurrences, whether last-minute or not, will result in no longer being accepted for future grooming with me.
I will not require clients to pay a deposit or prepay for appointments. However they must pay a fee equal to the cost of services for EACH dog booked.
Furthermore, first time clients who meet the two allocated occurrences within their first two appointments will no longer be eligble to reschedule for ANY pup.
These Fees are in place to limit and discourage no shows and cancellations outside of the 72-hour cancelation window.
As a courtesy, EVERY parent gets a series of automated reminder texts. The last reminder being 72 hours before a scheduled appointment prompting parents to either confirm, cancel or request a reschedule.
If no response is received by 6:00 PM EST on the day of the final reminder text, your appointment will be assumed confirmed. Please use these courtesy texts as a reminder that ANY change past that time would be considered a last minute cancelation.
After the 2nd occurrence, the booking system will automatically flag your account and each pup under your profile will be subject to pay for every missed appointment.

Please be respectful of my time as I am a by-appointment only business, and another client could have taken your appointment if I had known.
Every dog is reserved a specific amount of time. Being late for drop-off or pick-up takes away from the next dog's appointment, which is unfair to them. Please be courteous and plan accordingly.
Furthermore, clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment, which will be counted as one of their two allotted grace cancellations/no-shows.
I understand there may be emergency situations and I will work with you, but not on a continued basis. Repeat occurrences, whether last-minute or not, will result in no longer being accepted for future grooming with me.
